Paintwork.
After all the new panels were fitted the tub went away for sandblasting and powder coating in a red oxide. Any last dents were filled and primed.
The tub was given a final prime and painted in an olive drab which was colour matched to the Jeep’s original colour.
Some of the electrics and body panels were fitted back on to the rolling chassis. This is how the Jeep would have looked when it was originally unpacked from its crate.
